Banashankari 3rd Stage

This project involved the complete conversion of an existing bedroom into a fully functional modern kitchen at a residence in Banashankari 3rd Stage. The scope of work included civil modifications, flooring, tiling, and a complete redesign of the plumbing and utility layout to suit kitchen requirements.

Since the space was originally a bedroom, a new piping layout was designed and executed from scratch. Fresh water supply lines, drainage points, and sink connections were installed with proper slope and concealment to ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability. Electrical points were also planned to accommodate kitchen appliances, hob, chimney, and work-area lighting.

The kitchen was finished with full flooring and wall tile work, using durable vitrified tiles suited for high-usage kitchen environments. The tiles provide ease of maintenance, moisture resistance, and a clean, uniform appearance that complements the cabinetry and overall layout.

A modular kitchen setup was installed with base units, overhead cabinets, and a well-planned countertop layout for efficient workflow. Provision was made for a hob and chimney with proper ducting, along with adequate storage and clear working zones. The transformation successfully converted the bedroom into a functional, well-organized, and modern kitchen space, aligned with daily cooking and utility needs.
