Old Airport Road, Domlur

This project involved a complete bathroom renovation at a residential property on Old Airport Road, Domlur, with the objective of upgrading both functionality and visual appeal. The existing bathroom was fully dismantled and redesigned to create a more efficient layout with a contemporary finish.

A complete reworking of the plumbing and piping layout was carried out to suit the new design. All water supply and drainage lines were newly aligned and concealed see for a cleaner appearance, improved water flow, and long-term reliability. Proper waterproofing, slope correction, and drainage planning were implemented to ensure durability and leak prevention.

The bathroom was fitted with high-quality sanitaryware and premium bathroom fittings, including a modern wall-mounted WC, concealed flush system, countertop wash basin, mixer fittings, overhead shower, and hand shower. A custom vanity unit with integrated storage was provided to enhance usability while maintaining a clutter-free look.

The space was finished with full wall and floor tiling, using a combination of neutral-toned vitrified tiles and designer patterned tiles to add visual interest. An LED-backlit mirror, pendant lighting, and recessed wall niche further enhance both functionality and aesthetics, resulting in a modern, well-balanced bathroom that is practical, durable, and visually refined.
