GR Residence, JP Nagar

This project involved a complete bathroom renovation at GR Residence, JP Nagar, where the existing space was fully dismantled and redesigned to improve functionality, layout efficiency, and overall aesthetics.

A complete modification of the plumbing and piping layout was carried out to suit the new design. All water inlet and outlet lines were realigned and concealed, ensuring proper water flow, reliable drainage, and long-term durability.

The bathroom was upgraded with high-quality sanitaryware and premium fittings, including a wall-mounted WC with concealed flush system, modern wash basin, mixer fittings, and health faucet. All fixtures were selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and a clean, contemporary look.

Marble-look vitrified tiles were used on the walls and flooring to achieve a sleek and uniform finish, while designer patterned tiles were added as accent elements. A glass shower partition, LED-backlit mirror, modern lighting, and proper waterproofing completed the transformation into a modern and functional bathroom.
