Sobha Elite, Nagasandra

This project at Sobha Elite, Nagasandra involved a comprehensive interior renovation covering two bathrooms, complete kitchen tiling and flooring, full flooring for the hall and two bedrooms, and balcony flooring. The objective was to enhance durability, functionality, and overall visual consistency across the apartment.

Both bathrooms were fully renovated with a modern layout and upgraded plumbing configuration to suit new fixture positions. High-quality bathroom fittings were installed, including wall-mounted WCs with concealed flush systems, countertop wash basins with mixer taps, overhead showers, hand showers, and glass shower partitions. The bathrooms were finished with full-height wall tiles and matching floor tiles, ensuring proper waterproofing, clean alignment, and long-term performance.

The kitchen area was upgraded with complete wall tiling and flooring work, combining neutral base tiles with patterned backsplash tiles for visual contrast. The tile layout was carefully aligned to suit the modular kitchen setup, providing ease of maintenance, moisture resistance, and a clean, contemporary finish. Proper detailing around countertops, windows, and electrical points was maintained for a neat final appearance.

The hall, two bedrooms, and balcony were completed with uniform flooring to maintain visual continuity throughout the home. Durable, easy-to-maintain tiles were used to enhance brightness and reflect natural light, while the balcony flooring was finished with weather-appropriate tiles for safety and longevity. The overall renovation resulted in a cohesive, modern living space with improved functionality, refined finishes, and a balanced aesthetic across all areas.
